I am not sure if it is even possible but I think that the hold down attack of the dragon should be fire breath (Constant stream attack that causes less damage) and the tap click attack should be just the fire ball attack. An example of the difference of the attack bellow.
Fire Breath:
-Constant stream attack
-Weaker of the two
Fire ball:
-Slower attack
-Strongest of the two attacks
