I'm not a huge fan of Ophelia's guilt-trip-inducing backstory. It's pretty much saying "Pick someone else and you'll condemn her to death. You jerk."
I'm pretty sure all of the princesses will suffer from or have to deal with their own personal dilemmas if you do not pick them and help them out. Officially, as Commander and Emperor you must make the choice that helps your soldiers and your people see another day. Unofficially, you should make the decision you want to stick with. I am all for Camilla, like I said earlier - as dragon knights we ourselves are covered in scales and claws half the time anyways
And a strong law-oriented Queen sounds like the perfect thing for an empire.
