Hello devteam.

Hello.

Congratulations on your game I already bought. But there is no hero for girls ? It is not nice. Later ?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, since everything is voice-acted, and since each character has a branching storyline, It was too expensive to add in 4 more voice actors for Prince's, plus redoing any number of lines referring to a male Dragon Commander.

My guess is that budgetary reasons were the reason they couldn't get one additional character (the Imp Princess).

I hope you'll be able to overlook that and enjoy the game anyway.

It was indeed originally intended for both Princes and Princesses, but Larian's budget could not allow us the pleasure of being courted by a dreamy elven prince on one hand and a studdly dwarf prince on the other... *ahem*

Yes, well, very unfortunate.

I am also sorry, I truly believe giving players as many options as possible, cosmetic or otherwise, makes any game better. Having only the male option available was not Larian's first choice.

Far too comprehensive, even for an expansion, would be a full new game really - or they may as well make a whole new game at any rate.

This is probably the case. I get the impression that just redoing the voice acting alone for different genders and princes would be really expensive. Not exactly what the realm of $5-$10 DLC could pay for.

Plus, can you imagine the flak Larian would get if they tried to sell a second gender as DLC? Probably a lot.
