It was the fact that Larian Vault was in Euro that I bought it there rather than GOG, I'm not fond of conducting transactions in US Dollars. It was that balanced against the fact the Vault provided steam keys and a beta available only on steam, yup I really dislike steam to the point that being given keys that I'm free to ignore counts as a negative.
As to actually paying your taxes shame on you, should you not be a near bankrupt subsidiary of another subsidiary in some kind of crazy infinite legal process that really means you don't exist and can get away with murder or at least profiting from aiding drug cartels and terrorists.
