As a moderator, I can't believe that you fell for such a blatant bait. The comment is inane and you gave credibility to it by acknowledging it. This is unbelievable, every time I visit this board, my respect for the staff is always taken down a notch. For some reason I always click on a thread that pisses me off.
If the game becomes a success and you have hordes of users making derogatory remarks, what're you gonna do? Give a retort to each of them and escalate it? The users have expressed support and trusted you which means you have enough credibility to let it slide. But that isn't enough is it?
