I'd offer help if I had any to offer, but I can't, seeing as crashes can only really be handled with detailed technical information; technical information that they do collect via their post-game dialog, if it pops up and you agree to send them the files. And you already stated that you're not Russian, as there have been crash issues with Cyrillic characters in game pathways.
