Listen epicenter of a douchequake, you have to SAY what you've already tried. Your thoughts are not read by anyone here and any information you offer is information that is considered as context. Since you said nothing useful other than you have a problem, anyone with the slightest hint of how troubleshooting works will take that as nothing was tried, so let's take the troubleshooting list from point 1 and go from there.

I'd offer help if I had any to offer, but I can't, seeing as crashes can only really be handled with detailed technical information; technical information that they do collect via their post-game dialog, if it pops up and you agree to send them the files. And you already stated that you're not Russian, as there have been crash issues with Cyrillic characters in game pathways.
