The GameStar Germany review isn't online yet, but it says 81% in the print magazine, the major negative points being too little variety in the RTS combat and too bland enemies, which seems a fair assessment to me. (The major positive points are good controls in all modes and a long campaign with high replayability/C&C, lotsa research/upgrades and interesting characters on your ship, so yay to playing it tomorrow! ^^)

It's also worth noting that both PC Games Germany & Gamestar played a version from the beginning of the beta (because they are print magazines), not the version that's going live tomorrow. We did change quite a few things inbetween

Hmm... True, though (unit/AI) balance and army control as a dragon (the one thing about the controls they didn't like) seem to me the only things that may push it up a couple of percentage points. (Not that I can really think of any other changes to begin with, but my point is that all RTS battles essentially playing the same is a core mechanic and your half-siblings having gotten more characterization in the meantime is rather unlikely.)

Edit: Well, there's the plethora of settings for multiplayer, of course.

Well I didn't read it as all that negative anyway. It has some criticisms but IMO if at the end of the review it says "Divinity: Dragon Commander is enjoyable to say the least." It's fairly favorable

It is a bit below 80% making it the least favourable thus far, but I have never said it is negative ^^

Number scores on reviews are no doubt problematic, but such is the industry these days.

That's why a final verdict is still missing on PC Games and the whole article is declarated as "pre-review".

But even for the early version, Felix' pre-review is quite decent.

Congrats with release Larian,if even IGN have 9.0 then I have no doubt about others game-reviewers
