I have had the lizards at 100% for quite some time now and on the empire summary it has said Next Faction Decision at 85% for as long as I can remember. In fact I have never had any event that seems to relate to a races story that is supposed to trigger. Is this a bug or were race stories/bonuses taken out?
I am around 40 turns into the game and am at the beginning of act 3. Is anyone else having this?
