I've noticed at least 2 cases where a problem I've previously decided on came up again. This should not happen, as every matter can only be decided once, logically. Unless there were any follow-up issues brought up in a different perspective.

But the issue that I believe is a bug lies in that I've had previously decided topics come up again. Unsure if it has to do with loading a previous game.

So you made a decision on Turn 5, saved on Turn 6, and then later went back and loaded the Turn 6 save and had the previous Turn 5 decison some up again? If decisions you made before a saved game are coming up after that, it's a bug.

I've had a decision repeat after throwing my wife (lizard queen gone full icey law or nothing mode) to the demon, which btw had no noticeable effect what benefit am I supposed to gain if any?

They happened dozens of turns apart.

EDIT: It might be that the repeat decisions happened in different chapters. So, it might be that the decisions fail to carry over into new chapters, which still shouldn't happen.
