Fine for your MP3 player or in the car, but it's well worth keeping hold of the Flac copy as well, as flac is a lossless format and should sound better if you have reasonable audio hardware.

They are a separate download for the GOG version.

For me path was:

Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Divinity Dragon Commander\Imperial edition\soundtrack

This soundtrack is AMAZING! One of my favorite soundtracks in games. Right on up there with (imo) Chrono Trigger and Blazblue. Just wish that all the songs were in the soundtrack files coming with the imperial edition.
