Hi. I cannot start a story campaign, every time I try it crashes with "the program cannot answer". Is there something i can do?

Can you start a single player custom campaign, or multiplayer?

No I cannot. I get to the loading screen and then it stops responding and crashes to desktop. I can do everyting until I try to start the game that I have created. I have tried to generate a report but it says that everything is fine.

This was mentioned in the troubleshooting topic, but do you have a period or other special character in your install path?

No, I have tried to rename the instalattion path, but it changed nothing.
