Another mistake found just now:
When you recieve the quest where edmund is told to settle a massacre at an Elvin/undead settlement and tell him "I don't care about that twobit town" and edmund chases both undead and elves out of the settlement and then you speak to the undead Councillor when he says "Edmund chased them out" the voice actor says HENRY instead.
