It doesn't show me having the full version, everywhere i look says it was released a week ago. Is the game not out yet or am i having issues? (I bought the game through steam if that matters?)

How does it show you as not having the full version?

Without knowing that, I could also ask:
Are you sure your payment went through?

It just hasn't appeared in my steam library, and it did go through, as i have both the Payment info sent to me through to my e-mail in the same way steam does for all other purchases, as well as the loss of funds from when i bought the game. Also when i head back to the steam store it tells me i own the game already. Right after the Purchase it gave me the Beta, but no trace of the actual game.

Did you exit the Steam client and restart it?

Beta access was a pre-order bonus, so AFAIK it shouldn't be given out with the released version.

It's not in my game library at all, just the beta. Also do i need the Imperial Version to play the single player? I thought the Imperial just gave a little extra on top of the base game?

No, the Imperial Edition is just an add-on.

This is a problem I haven't heard of or faced, but my gut says it has to do with Steam. My gut could be horribly wrong, of course, but here goes:

If restarting Steam didn't help, try reinstalling Steam, as that's a pretty encompassing problem solver. A light way you could do it is to go to your Steam folder and delete everything except Steam.exe and SteamApps, restart your PC, then run Steam.exe.

I'll probably try that if steam support turns up as a dead end, but they are supposedly getting a lot of hits currently. So who knows when that will be?

Larian said they were considering using it for testing, presumably for new multiplayer modes or changes. There was also a preview branch of the full game to test out the 1.0.40 patch before it was officially released.
