Nobody likes to talk about 'soldiers raping women', so I sent forth a Draconic decree that from now on the act was to be known as "rest & relaxation".
Oh yeah, each and every of my soldiers is at rest and relaxed when hanging down a tree for doing it. Sure, at first they protest by struggling and kicking in the air, but after a minute or so, they see the positive side of it. Like, you know, being dead and serving as a warning for every son of a bitch who forces himself on a girl.
And hey, they are the lucky ones, since i dont torture common citizens anymore, my torturers have something to do for their money. Sure, they dont have time for everyone - thats why unfortunately some have to die quickly by hanging - but at least i dont have to fire them and everyone is happy: Torturers have their job, soldiers becoming better, disciplined men, whether they want or not and i have a nice decoration for my trees.
