So I was having the issue with the first problem, that I would attempt to open the game and it would freeze. I attempted to option one and two, tried to run in windowed mode and delete to no avail. However, when I deactivated my Comodo firewall, it allowed the program to run. Just thought I'd let you guys know what worked for me, and thanks for the FAQ.
