in campaign mode
when i click the "empire overview" button
and scroll down
my gold revenue is overspend (-9)
how can i fix that?

i know it's because i pick some decision like save the tree instead of build the road.
But there must be some way to fix it coz it is "Revenue"!!
right?

please help

The easiest way to do that is to conquer additional territories which have more than 9 income. In the future, you may want to make a couple of political decisions based entirely on whether or not it will cost you money or get you more.

If you have enough gold to build a gold mine on the strategy map, you can double the production for a territory that has a decent revenue.

Do you have cards for a temporary boost in gold production, or are there any buildings you can sell?

i'm in ACT 1 and... i noticed that my max gold is 50 ;( is that a bug? (also my max research points is 30)

No, that's intentional so you don't farm thousands of gold and hundreds of research points.

Really, I generally just get bad stuff in the newspaper. I wonder if it is affected by how well the Dwarves like you and if you did a crack down on their fabricated stories.

The newspaper is a somewhat satirical take on the yellow press.
REgardles of what you do, they will always twist it in the least favourable way.

can't imagine if i allow marriage in same gender.

I was real conservative in my first play through. On my next one I just plan on surveying the ambassadors and doing which ever got 3 or more votes, regardless of how I feel. Should mix things up well and keep the most people happy.

I did note however that towards the end of act three the Undead were asking for some crazy stuff that no one else agreed with. I was starting to feel sorry for them, but that ambassador was clearly nuts.

can i choose which princess i want? or it depend on reputation?

Pick whatever you want. You may actually want to pick the princess from the race that dislikes you the most, since it gives a boost to them liking you.
