Ok, so far I am LOVING this game. Very well done!

There are just a few small things....

First and foremost is the controls. Now its nice one can rebind the controls to their liking. Indeed the game does this rather well....BUT....

the one thing that would come first and foremost to my mind is having the option of switching the mouse from right handed to left handed for us left handers. It only makes sense.

If I am to play online, or the campaign for that matter, I would rather not be playing with a handicap. additionally one cannot rebind the add to game speed and subtract from game speed buttons. seeing how I use the numpad to control my dragon transformation, and my troops while in dragon form...well lets just say id rather not be messing with the game speed at the same time.

Please I beseech you to fix this, its quite an easy fix and needs to be addressed. Thanks in advance.

second thing is the dragon cards, and the wizard towers. These were posted earlier in the forums, and I wanted to add my idea to add value to these cards mid to late game. Why not have the cards work as they do now, only if you activate a card for which you already have the power, you get a small bonus to said power. Thus the cards would still have value later in the game. In addition, the wizard tower could add a small passive defense bonus to the province its in. A wizard would be a great ally indeed defending the land from invaders.

*Addendum*

One other thing that would be nice is to be able to read the articles in the Rivillon times newspaper. Would make for a good laugh, and could help flesh out a beautiful story even more. You could even drops hints, tips, and tricks. It could add a lot of dimension to an already grand game. I would also like to see more about your siblings. What personal motivations do they have in the war?(besides claiming the throne of course.) do they utterly hate each other? What drives them, or from what we have seen, what drives their insanity? How do they treat the people currently under their "rule"? Would be interesting to find out, and the paper is an excellent way to do it.

*end Addendum*

Next on my little list here is the additional map, golden dragon and soundtrack. (beautiful music by the way, an absolute masterpiece) I purchased the standard version of the game on steam. Well I cant undo a purchase, and steam sees the two purchasable types as the same game, but I would like these extra features. I do hope you will allow us to buy these extra features off steam. (Perhaps as additional DLC content.) Besides I don't think you guys would say no to a little extra profit right;)

finally, crashing. I have had the game crash on me a few times now. Its not a chronic problem, but still needs to be addressed. The crashes only occur in the RTS portion of the game. They seem rather random, however I have noticed that firing imp bunker busters seem to bring them out a little bit more.

Well thanks for listening to me rant. I do hope the developers stay behind this great game! Cheers fellow dragons, and please roast some enemies on my behalf!:)

Articles for the Rivellon Times would have be nice.

GOG and Gamersgate have the Imperial Edition DLC available separately; I'm not sure what the hold up is with Steam and the Larian Vault.

For the crashing, try emailing supportdc@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the Dragon Commander support tool, if you haven't done so already.

Thanks Raze. If and when the game crashes again they will get an error report. Funny, as a gamer I hope the game does not crash again, but as a tester, I kind of hope it does. Its a weird mixed feeling.

Also its good to know they do have the DLC content sold separately. I hope it comes to steam soon, as I would love my soundtrack, golden dragon and desperately want to play that map! (as I am sure a lot of people do.)

Hmmmmmm.....there's an idea! a map editor for the players. A lot of work perhaps....but that would be grand!

Thanks again.

Larian did say at one point a strategy map editor was theoretically possible. Practically, once the upcoming patch is released, there are probably not going to be any more additions until after D:OS is released, though.

Some people use the mouse with their left hand? O.o

As a left-handed person, this surprises me.
