ermm..duvel is like..totally not strong
..I'm finding it hard to offer good beers that are less strong, because then you'll be drinking pils .. tripel karmeliet? very good but maybe bit stronger
if you really want good beer you should go Halle, or a "Streekproductencentrum" in the Zenne valley ..here are spontaneusly fermented beers, lambieks (less strong than duvel, 15mins by train from BXL-Midi), the base of geuze and almost every decent fruit beer.. only possible here because of air bactery soil blabla composition..
