I would think Larian should have gotten a list of all the contributors from the Watch and Codex. Even before this they would have needed to contact people for some of the tier rewards and to get mailing addresses for those who backed for physical items, etc.
Do you have a Larian Vault account? You should presumably be able to manage your tier rewards there, the same as those who pledged through paypal (
