it's in one of the tooltips somewhere, either dexterity or weapon damage, I think.
The Critical Chance is listed in the Weapon Damage tooltip.
I wonder how many skill points I can get in FoV only?
You can go up about 10 or 12 levels in FoV (I hit 47 just before the end) and there are 55 bonus skill points available (49 from quest rewards and 6 from mindreads which boost a specific spell).
