I want to make a mighty guinea pig....

a list of allowed pets type should be handed out. Initialy i thought robots would be to much, but in the DOS Lore, robots are "known"

are there any lore restrictions?

What pets? what did i miss?

Kickstarter backers at a certain tier could name or design a pet in the game.

Give a name and a "design hint" like "White Wolf" or "small black Dragon"

ah ok, does that mean a petsystem like its done with the elementals but permanently will be implemented?

From the kickstarter description, it sounds like just naming a specific animal, with a limited amount of customization.

Ah, like "Doe, the Deer". not as cool as getting a raven for my mage but whatever.
