As in every previous Larian games, the main characters shine light a couple meters around them so we're sure to see them in dark conditions. It annoys me quite a bit:
  • It's unrealistic,
  • It doesn't look good because it doesn't cast shadows and doesn't illuminate the characters themselves,
  • It makes sneaking look a little stupid,
  • It makes torches and other portable lights quite pointless.

I'd appreciate a way to disable this, and optionally have a subtle always-on selection circle.

But in Divinity 2 was good dynamic lighting when character goes nerby objects it was pretty cool,I have one excuse for this problem/effect-it`s hero`s aura=)
But yes it looks quite clumsy

[list][*]It's unrealistic,

It is more or less realistic. It is the game's variation/implementation of your close-range sight radius in dark. You do see things better when they close to you.

Why would it? It is not like you are projecting light from your body. or carrying a torch.

Sneaking is stupid in general when you can just activate ability and suddenly nobody' sees you.

They don't? Torches have realistic light (if engine supports) and bugger radius.

IN SHORT: don't fix what is not broken. No game can have 999 options to please everyone.
