I have only played a couple hours but have a few items to note:
Recommendations:
Having the ability as a solo player to view party character inventory side by side would be helpful it was a pain to click and drag one item then hover over portrait in inventory click little red arrow to next inventory screen then drop item and rinse and repeat.
Make loot easier to see when dropped. Several times I had to zoom in and look under corpses and debris to find all the loot that dropped. the ALT key didn't reveal a good portion of it and it was difficult to see where I had loot waiting to be claimed.
For me it was difficult to detect when my ranger had her bow drawn or sheathed. it made impressions with NPCs sometimes take a turn for the worse because I didn't realize the weapon was drawn. Perhaps allowing the ability to lock a weapon in either mode would be helpful and a clearer indication of whether it is drawn or sheathed with the existing icon would go a long way to helping with that.
The conversation based aspect of the RPG is nice but I found it extremely irritating that I had to go around and talk to every john and jane doe to find quests and missions. I get the need to stay away form the "look a big exclamation point, another quest" idea but maybe changing key conversations to be more visible to the player when walking around or away to identify that some key information is available would help prevent having to talk to 15 people to find a quest that gives you little reward for the time spent obtaining it.
Noted Issues:
Not all interactive items or inventory collectable items appear with names when the "Alt" key is pressed.
Two handed weapons need to specify they are two handed I picked up a Black Bill polearm and the shield I was carrying stayed equipped but greyed out after equipping the polearm and I couldn't equip another shield it wasn't until I removed the polearm and equipped a sword that I could use a shield again
Some weapon requirements seem broken: the black bill polearm I picked up on the tool tip the "Strength:6" was in red my warrior had 8 strength and was able to equip and use it even though the stat showed up as a red stat (as in not enough to use)
Level up indicators showed up on the character portraits but never went away and there was no way for me to allocate points or skills to trigger them to clear.
Alt+Shift for steam menu causes the character to unsheathe their weapon
That's it for now will post more when I have a chance to. Looks great so far well done.
