Thanks for the list. I haven't really tried to craft much at all, and since I can't load saves, I don't think I'll risk it if it can crash the game.
Apparently there's some kind of way to make a cooking pot into a helmet, but I don't know how.
Here's an idea for Larian: If they add a right-click menu to the inventory, it can have a "Combine with..." option, which attaches an inventory item to your pointer. With points into the Crafting skill, items that you can combine that with at the current crafting level are highlighted? Admittedly that could make things too easy.
Later on there will probably be books that have tips on crafting.
