I think it has been mentioned that they might be releasing the game without schedules at first, and add them later as a patch.
I think this carries risks, as people will be reviewing the game and talking about the missing schedules, and missing stuff is flamebait. OTOH, I'm sure there are very good arguments to take that route nevertheless. (I am no CEO
