Yes, but there is no way that D:OS on very low has more demanding graphic requirements than Grim Dawn or Torchlight II on highest settings. Try it an see what I mean. D:OS engine is a bit of GPU resources hog.
On the other hand, I have a more powerful machine (GTX590)but I haven't installed Steam on it.
