Haven't had a look for that stuff just yet, pretty easy to edit stats on the fly with a hex editor to make testing easier at the moment though, aside from that I don't think editing any game files is proper at this point as it would just clutter things when you send a bug report after a crash I think, or perhaps stop you from being able to do so at all I'm not sure of how the checks run at the moment.
Near as I can tell you would be able to change what you're after with the editor, would be too much of a hassle at the moment for you without it but hey if you need me to have a look through anything (barring a cease and desist from Larian) I'll have a go and lend you any help I can.
