I was able to make poison arrow, but nothing else. Also Antler + knife no longer makes Knockdown Arrowhead. Tooth + Knife no longer makes arrowhead. Just to state I'm using a previous save not a fresh one.
That's really weird. What's your crafting skill? I have a Poison Cloud Arrowhead and a Poisoned Arrowhead along with an arrow-shaft in my inventory right now and neither of them are combining at all.
