Firstly i want to thank larian for making this great game, as a older player of the old devine divinity games, i love to see where this new game is leading to, and its very!! promising indeed

Operating system windows 7 64 bits sp1
Steam is installed on drive E
games are installed also on drive E
so not on the C drive
installed divinity-original sin via steam on the E drive
running the game normally with default settings and used a party with 2 mages
in the start area where you appear first, i do a save and a quick save
the window with cannot make save to levelcache appears, but the save is made, i checked it in the save folder, although in the levelcache folder nothing is written, its empty.
when i try to load or quickload game, the game crashes right away.
Now for the strange part , or not so strange part
i took my 2 persons party into the game further on, i went to the orcs, and then to the dark cove
Inside dark cove i can save and quicksave the game, its still showing the cannot make save to level cache error, but the game saves, WHEN i load or quickload the game at that point the game DOESN'T crash, the same happens for me when i enter homestead and save there, this also doesn't crash the game.
Not sure if all this is helpfull for you guys, but i wanted to mention it anyway.
