I was waiting for this game since the first announcement! And now it does not start = (I go to the main menu I press "New Game" and at some point the game gets lags, and then comes the CRASH.

My PC:
Windows 7, SP 1
Intel Pentium CPU 2,13 GHz
NVIDIA® GeForce® 315 M (512 MB)
Memory: 3000+ MB RAM

What can I do?

There is no official fix for the problem with starting a new game in 32 bit windows, but you could try this: Hack for 32bit windows users.
