I created an early "WIP" 3D Vision patch for Divinity Original Sin:
Divinity Original Sin - 3D Vision Fix The game is alpha, my fix is a WIP, not everything will be fixed, but it's a good start I think. I have some screenshots on the above page as well. Currently fixes all the double imaging in the New Game screen, the 2d shadows and fog, and the black border round the outside. Most of the other stuff works just fine already (spell effects and so on, markers on characters etc). Main issue is 2D mouse - it's a hardware mouse, not software, so nothing can be done about it except change convergence and zoom level to improve it - I plan on adding in a couple of convergence presets for this (did this for Spellforce 2 and it worked quite well).
