I confirmed a bug from the docgotgame twitch.tv stream. The Barracks-prison stairs are flagged as owned, so when you try to leave, a Legionnaire tells you to keep your hands to yourself. The real problem is that if you go to the prison and get two warnings not to touch things, then take the stairs to leave, when you enter the Barracks, a Legionnaire (who isn't upstairs) tells you that he's going to dispense summary justice on you.
That would probably start combat, but the guy who is starting combat isn't on the same map. The game starts lagging to basically 1 FPS or less and it becomes unplayable, and you have to kill the program with task manager or something.
