- Character creation screen - the highlight on the trait list on the right is offset to the left from the text to be highlighted
- There's no obvious way to back out from character creation to the main menu. Escape did nothing, and there was no exit/quit button that I could see. (As I had to quit the game quickly, I wound up using ALT-F4).
- On one occasion, after character creation, the loading screen slowed then after a while froze up. At that point, minimising then re-maximising the window started the game correctly.
- Quest for ship on fire - maybe I'm stupid, but I couldn't see a way to solve this. There were buckets around but when I tried taking one the "owner" of the bucket complained I was stealing it. Also, the quest appears not to have been added to the journal until after the ship was destroyed. (Hmm, just remembered a rain scroll I was holding that might have worked for this... I don't usually think of using scrolls that early in a game.)
- Along similar lines, a visual clue that taking a particular item is regarded as stealing would be nice. Standard procedure for this in most games seems to be a red rather than white outline.
- On your initial quest, you're told to visit the mage in his office above the barracks, but there was no obvious sign of where the barracks was. The building I thought was the barracks turned out to be a warehouse. Possibly I'm just getting too used to having my hand held these days...
- Some sort of keyboard shortcut for "I'm finished for now, bank my AP" would be nice. Most similar games use space for this. The hourglass icon is too small for clicking it to be trivial. (If there is a shortcut, it needs to be mentioned earlier rather than later.)

There is actually a 'Main Menu' button during character creation, in the top left, above the character portraits.

The Rain scroll would indeed have saved the ship.

The cursor changes to a yellow/orange rather than white for owned objects, though the differences could be emphasized a little more.

There should be more descriptions / map markers added, for when you've reached certain areas or an NPC mentions a location, etc. There are currently sign posts around, as well.

The 'end character turn' key for combat is Enter.

I used the scroll to save the burning ship while standing outside of town, having circled the orc ship and thus happened across it (and got the 'we saved the ship' journal update), and could see the firefighting NPCs wander off along the docks as a result.

However, upon entering the town gate, a "Help, the ship's on fire!" NPC ran off toward the docks and the firefighting NPCs were back there, going through the animations and shouting about the fire... even though the ship wasn't burning at that point.

Seems like the quest script doesn't handle it well if you skip a stage.

That has been reported before, I'm sure they are aware of it.
