the bench across from the wharf of burning ship lets you sit down but when u click to get up its on the wrong side so you get stuck between the bench and house.

Well, you are not stuck, since you can move the bench, but your characters should certainly be getting up on the other side.

Something similar happened to my one character, when tried to talk with one guy that is located in Cyseal on the top left boat. When character clicked on him, instead of a dialogue window my character just stood there unable to move or to do anything. When switched to second character - first one didn't follow. Also, the second character couldn't talk with that NPC.
