New stuff are interesting. Good job! The game is a bit more dynamic. Classes more balanced.

The Tornado spell devastates my party even more effectively than earlier. It's even more unpredictable, which makes it not very useful.

Apart from the mentioned 'exploration xp' bug which allows you to xp repeatedly and the same location:

- when I meet the gremlin / imp guy for the first time, sometimes he doesn't teleport the party (party of 4) - just standing there. The second conversation helps, but only cause I know what should have happened.

- I can kill a rat with an arrow, which is fine, unless I'm in a fight and aiming at a cultist (there is some height difference between them, if you know I mean, so I wouldn't expect it to happen)

- when in Evelyn's lab you approach the cultists the fighting starts, but the dialogue interrupts it and is usually triggered at the party leader's turn which causes loosing the turn by the leader and one time I think it actually moved the leader a few metres forward

Too Easy? Hmm.
I can't now give initiate flare spells and the healing spells to every partymember, thats very hard!

I prefered to kill with ranged weapons (bow) and initiate flare or ice share spell and olny in this way sometimes I manage to keep my Party alive because every Party member can heal...

With this update this is not possible... but I'am looking forward, the readdy game has an easy mode -- the best way for me! horsey

I also get this exp bug, but it's not so great to get 250 exp if you need 20000...

I don't like that arhu is a cat every time! I manage to steal the mage his spellbook in the old version, but the cat looks everywhere... no chance to steal!

The Icon for go back to the imp does not working -- bug or feature?

Rope + barrel lid = shield.
Level 4 crafting for explosive arrow.
Running water isn't supposed to be affected.

thanks for answering my questions - today I found it too (crafting)

After playing 6hours:
1) There should be an automatic levelincrease for the enemys dependent on the party size and Level!! (the minimum set to the actual Level)

because with companions beginning with level3 and scarlett and Roderick beeing at Level 2 it's ok with the undead, but after clearing most quests in town my party has all on Level4 to 5

And then the fight's with undead are way to easy - partly because of Archer AI shooting in the slope and undead mages ignoring my party members standing in front of them - if they cannot cast they walk around the char and stand then in the middle of my party?!

2) Some crashes reported while crafting in a box not in inventory and One crash after fight when scarecrow exploded

3) Another Surprise: Attacks on sneakmode are not detected by the AI
When doing sneaking you can see the enemy but they can't see you, that's ok, but when the hidden char does a action like shooting a bow or casting a spell on barrels or boxes or on ground in front or behind the enemy they don't react but do burn or are poisoned?! Some triggers do not react due to killing all visible skeletons in sneakmode - no XP and no rising of the undead like in normal encounter!!
The Ai should react on being set on fire / poisoned or if barrels around them are destroyed and irratically search the cause if they could'nt see the arrow/spell
BUT if the arrow or spell could be seen by the enemy partymembers they should go into those directions or search shelter

4) In Battle if you can't see the enemy due to blocked line of sight you should only see a placeholder (last sighting place) but not the real position
So I can exploit the position and do Area attacks (rain, Stun, or Fireball/-fly I could even shoot arrows and the attacked char had textmessages on top leike normal, but the damage counter would not be shown - but so I had condfirmation that my Stun arrow hit but stun failed etc.)

I would think attacking while in sneak should take you out of sneak. I've only ever used sneak to run from a fight not engage in it. But you should definitely not stay in sneak if you attack or use spell.

Found this bug in Coop-Mode(not sure if it occurs in sp too):

When you revive your teammate with a resurection scroll in mid-fight against cyseal citizens (cause of stealing or whatever), the resurected teammate can not join the fight /attack again while his teammate is still fighting -> the citizens change back to a friendly/neutral status instead of perceiving the resurected character as enemy.

I must say that I do not particulary like the new system of bying different verions of the same types of skills over and over again. Sure, they are more powerful versions, but why not simply make single skill of one type instead, and make it more powerful by putting more points into corresponding ability? Several same iconed, similar named Flare spells only clutter the spellbook and make things more confusing.
If the difference in AP cost is a problem, then why not make some sort of Skill Charge button, slider or whatever with which you can adjust the power of the skill? That way the effect output and the corresponding AP cost can be adjusted on the fly. It's a suggestion only, as I still prefer the skills to be unique, rather than having multiple versions of them.

The madora firejump skill is able to transport you into locked houses. Is this correct or does she jump through roofs and ceilings?

How do you plan to keep the balance between teleportation and lockpicking since teleportation would always win and lockpick becomes useless?

So what's the difference between Unlock and Lockpick skills? Both are survivalist skills, but Unlock looks more like a spell.
I've been thinking - why not make Unlock skill a spell for wizards? Like in AD&D - there was a lockipick skill for thieves and a spell Knock for mages.

I like the exp error! Found it near the talking statues and near the jumping chest.

An other bug maybe: There is an waypoint left of the "staues waypoint" down on the beach (near the pealr diver) this waypoint only exist, don't not work! Like those in the imp area.
But this maybe also my error, i jumped down to the area with Rangerteleport and using pyramids.

Found an interesting fortifying robe, this robe is invisibel on character! (nice hero in panties)

-the "unlimited exp bug" also works in esmereldas house, when you walk between the 2 rooms
- in my opinion the battles were perfect as they were before the patch
-Arhu sells an exclamation mark which seems to be a weapon (although he sells it you can't buy it)
-sometimes he sells more than one exclamation mark item
-Sometimes when you go to Arhu he is a cat (I don't know whether this is intentioned). here comes the trange thing: several times there was Arhu as a man and beside him he as a cat O.o

The EXP bug I believe is tied to the change in companion coding. I think it sees them as player generated characters and they trigger things like the EXP bug and the Cook's chicken dialogue.
The Cat Arhu is listed in the patch notes as he will sometimes appear as a cat. So it's at least intended at this moment.
I have explained in the bug report thread on how to obtain that lovely, over powered ! weapon.

some more abnormalities

1) max ability 5 - is it a bug or a feature:

max stat for elementalist abilities are 5 but if I have the corresponding talent I get a +1 on it

but after having put it to 4 (with points on levelup) and then the talent +1 it's 5

in the next levelup (ok 2 levelups) I can bring the ability to 5 + 1 Talent but the result is only 5!!

SO: either no levelup due to talent or exceed the normal max of 5! (it's the same with stat-boost with gear (that should exceed the normal max!)

OR if you want 5 to be the max don't let the player kill(waste) his ability points in this and close the upgrade (don't show "+" like in not having enough Points to upgrade this ability!)

2) Bug crafting armor, shields, bows
crafting armor works perfect till you reach Crafting ability 5 then it gets weird:
- cloth armor: the process is shown but you get no armor and your scraps are not used!!
- leather armor and shield and bow: crafting 4 makes the same item like crafting 5
- weapons I didn't test so far (no more iron or steel bars to find frown ) (I can only buy silver ore but no iron ore or bars!)

3) BUG or feature "black cove starstone"
I didn't know how to get past the blockung skull in the black cove cellar, so I did a teleport with my 3 party members (spellcaster can't teleport himself!) and found the starstone (after batteling wink and got 17325 XP for it - Yeah
and the xp bug works here too laugh !!
bug or feature: I couldn't take the starstone!!
the last stone I found I could take as "inert stone" but not that one from the pirates

4) BUG no more talking to madora
After killing the Source abnomination "King crab" I found desmona (wife of the lighthouse ghost)
while speaking with her Madora got a ! but I could not speak with her!!
I think the ! on Companions only works near the point where it was first shown (maybe the relevant character has to be "present", but the ghost fanishes after speaking so talking to madora ia broken

5) BUG targeting things behind not shown obbstacles (faded out to see better) not possible
to target things or enemys you have to be clear of all obstacles (but you don't see the obstacles while the camera doesn't show (they fade out to get a clear view but why do they block your ability to target (click on) a box or an enemy?! I have to really zoom in to get a clickable target!! moving the camera helps but doesn't work always
e.g. big Ork-battle on the beach
e.g. black cove against "King Crab"
e.g. crafting area with furnace and anvil (the fxxxing tree blocks my ability to take my ressources I laid out there) I have to alt-click them (make them visible as text with ALT and then clicking the text - which is not blocked)

6) Questins on crafting and possible bugs encountered

- why are some ressources needed for crafting worth more gold than the crafted item?

Minor healing potion = 41 gold
Large healing Potion = 41 gold made out of 2 Minors?!
Dough = 21 gold
all things made out of dough cost also 21 gold (all pies or pizza) but bread is even cheaper only 16 gold!!
so if you craft things to sell all you need is making dough to sell and then buy large healing potions to heal your character

- how can I get water out of a barrel which is shown empty (or has items in it)?? (empty mug + barrel = cup of water which can be used to make dough but the "Mug of Water" can't be used?!

7) stackability BUG or feature:
glass of wine is not stackable like Mug of wine
cup of water is not stackable like Mug of water
plates, bottles, lid of barrel are not stackable (but can be found en masse!)

it would help to make all identical things stackable (also weapons and armor would be nice - maybe durability is a problem - so I can understand weapons and armor to be not stackable)

spellbook is ok you don't need too much of them

8) selling items to vendors don't vanish they stay for ever! - Confusing BUG or feature?

after having sold lots of gold cups and Mug's and plates and lid of barrels and found weapons&armors and crafted things, weopons and armors the vendor list grows really large

AND is very confusing because they do get new items after awhile (maybe leaving the map and coming back?) which are inserted in the free spaces between (where I bought something) and then behind the rest of my sells - so I have no clear view of the new items the vendor has to sell and have to scroll through lots of rows of my sold items to see them

Please let my sold items vanish after some time (who needs plates, cups or mugs or lids of barrels or old weapons with low damage or armor with low stats?)

I have sold one vendor like more than 30 bottles, 20 plates and 30 lid of barrels (I get 1 gold for it!)

stackability would help here (see above)

9) Sorry but I have to repeat myself: the battles get way to easy if your characters have higher levels than oponents
- most battles I don't get more than 20 to 30 HP damage till all enemys are killed ( me being Level 8 and oponents beeing level 5 (evelyns hideout) or lower, even Lvl6 is no problem (4 statues)

- in black cove the first battle has been against Level 5 to 8 orks and pirate skeletons - but they fight each other and rain spell (two characters to flood the area) and one to Stun and the other 2 do damage to the rest (I can kill the not stunned enemys in3 turns and then the stunned ones the next till no ones alive and they can't do anything against me)

10) BUG or feature: area effects do not always clear - water from rain spell, poison and ice stays (fire has vanished)

11) after loading saved games the environmental states see 10 are not always restored (black cove cellar with the lever room)

12) lever room under black cove - Bug or feature
each lever could be handled only once?!
the unlock lever says Achievemnets unlocked unlocked but no entry in secrets or there's no "Achievements")

13) BUG trophies and sam's collar
- textmessage "trophies unlocked" after killing the "king crab" but no entry in trophies?!
- you get sams collar but after talking to unsinkable sam it stays in my inventar

14) BUG or feature talking head at funfair
the talking head cannot be interacted with?! in previous versions it said you need armour specialist (i think) to speak with it but in 114 no info what you need?!

15) COOP: joining someone in shelterplane is not possible

16) COOP: joining someone with "!" over nontalkable companion doesn't work

17) BUG or feature using pyramids
I (Host) did place the pyramid in a box in my crafting area
Using pyramids in singleplayer is working for all "chained" partymembers
- in COOP
but in COOP you can't "chain" with your COOP-Partner even if the chars are "standing on his foot"!!
so one party has to walk all the way to the next waypoint frown

- in singleplayer using the pyramid to get out of one lever-action result I was spawnd in black cove not at my second pyramid?!

18) shelterplane can only be enterd with all parttymembers "chained"

19) BUG or feature Gamebreaking use of pyramids
if I use the pyramids with not all partymembers chained and the remaining char has no possibility to leave that location you loose him/her for the rest of the game and the shelterplane is not usable anymore due to a"all party members"-restriction!!!
=> there's onlöy one location I found which has this possibility (black cove - Lever room - trap)


so enough for today

it's so much fun to play especially coop
and it's very timeconsuming in singleplayer to find all crafting (but some are weird wink

PS: crafting amuletts:
the amuletts have no effect even with magic items
- what do I do wrong pixie dust => magical pixie dust (which is not distinguishable from not magical dust?!) => magical item => amulett with magical item but no effect for stats?!

PPS: If I examine skeletts there should always be some bones or are they all rotten away?!
