I said it in the other post.
All you posted before was known by Larian at the time the kickstarter started.
If their where already issues at this time to publish the game on GOG for whatever reason they shouldn't had included it in the Kickstarter.
If there weren't any issue at this time but something happened after the kickstarter finished they could have communicate it with the backer.
Neither way it was at least bad communication.
