Larian might not post official statements here on the forum but it is rather the problem of them spreading thin between too many places to keep up-to-date than of them not saying what is going on.

Swen is right now in the United States showing the game to the American press. In the last Kickstarter Update he mentioned that the next alpha build would be coming in about 10 days - so, we could expect a game update either tomorrow or at the beginning of the next week.
If they can keep up updating the D:OS build every two weeks (which they have done until now), then I think it is a good frequency.
