If you didn't overwrite the save(s) where the problem existed, then yes, please do file a report.
It might be easier to just send one zipped save game folder, though (not sure the dxdiag report or graphics settings, etc, would be relevant, though it certainly wouldn't hurt to just send the full report.zip file). If you browse to the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin\Savegames' folder in Windows Explorer, you can zip a save folder by right clicking on it and selecting 'Send To | Compressed Folder'.
