Not at that particular location, I don't think. Usually the steps look more like steps.
You could try tossing a teleporter pyramid onto the ground and teleporting up (may need to adjust both your character's position and where you are trying to drop to find a place that will work; see, for example
a way out, if you're Stuck in the Easter Egg Area).
