The problem for me now is that after one hour of playing the game suddenly start to lag real hard and became unplayable. It has nothing to do with settings, because I recently bought a new graphics card and I can play everything on ultra setting (from auto-detect). I turned all settings down and it didn't help. I put all settings back and load an earlier save-game and it went back to normal, no lag. However when I load my last save game everything lags again including the game menu.
