Unless I'm missing it, there doesn't seem to be any way to heal your party inside Cyseal. Right now the only way I can heal a battered party is the regenerate skill which takes forever or to use potions which is expensive. Both methods are cumbersome, an Inn or town healer or even a rest option (ala Baldur's gate) would be really preferable.

Hmmm... There is Thelyron a healer in town, maybe Larian could add in a dialogue option where he could heal people (or the whole party) for a fee.

You're right, that would be perfect. There's an Inn keeper in-game as well and it feels strange to talk to him and not have the option of asking for a room.

oh well, this is alpha forum, so I can speak my mind...
Those détails are exactly some of the features that I am talking about when I say the world lacks interactions and is blend, illogical, and lacks interactive features.

Couldn't this Thelyron teach some first aid / medic skills ? Or be the only one to sell Healing spells or scrolls or potions ? Wouldn't that make sense ? Wouldn't that be logical ? Would that be THAT hard to add ? A conversation with options ? If it is, then all hope is lost.

OK, my bad, I checked, Thelyron actually DO sell Healing stuff (a regeneration scroll, and a resurrect scroll or spell...) However, he sells no healing potions, while the market magic vendor do sells some. So I am not entirely wrong here, some coherence opportunities are missed here.
All hope is not lost, although it is tenuous.

There's still plenty of reason that he and other NPCs should offer single character or party wide healing services. Maybe if you do him a favor or a quest he will offer them for free or give a discount.

From a gameplay perspective, this is a mechanic that needs to be in game in some form or another. Things like resting at a campfire or getting a room at an Inn can still be added for roleplaying purposes or for healing as well. The more options the better.

I totally fully agree. However, there is only one thing to heal so far: Hit Points. no mana, no stamina, no "fatigue" level that would temporarily decrease some mental (well, actually, the only mental) attribute until you rest, for example...
Larian's call. It seems they want to focus more on the story telling rather than some "complex" features.
