I don't know if it has been suggested yet, but I think that putting in give/take perks or abilities would be a nice option to have for players who value boosting one particular aspect of their character at the detriment of another. To give an example, a perk called Hemophilia which would make your character take more damage from each blow or cause bleeding debuff to occur more easily, but the benefit would be a boost to blood magic (I know there isn't blood magic in the game (yet), this is just an example that kind of fits logically for me for explanation of the point I am attempting to make.)
