There was a livestream today and this question came up. There is going to be a retail (physical) collector's edition available. All the information should be available soon; they were working on the mockup today and plan to make the details available in the days to come.
I would really like to pick up the CE, but I've already purchased the game on Steam. I may end up having to purchase it twice, but I would prefer to see some sort of upgrade option.

about the collector with the clothmap, well we have already had this one for D2...
I will create a new topic to post what would be, in your opinion, the best collector ever, it might gives idea to Larian as they are setting this up...
