Try lowering your game resolution. I have this problem when playing at my monitor's native resolution of 2560x1600, but it is fine at 1920x1200 (I have to play at the lower resolution, anyway, since I get an occasional stutter when the characters are running if I play at the max resolution).
Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the
D:OS support tool. It is a known issue, but additional system information may be useful.
