I have had this problem in DOS since the early alpha where no icons for abilities or items show up on the interface
That is a known issue that a few people have run into.
Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the
D:OS support tool. Someone said yesterday that mailbox was full, so you could use the general support address instead: support@larian.com.
