Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Beta "My Precious" talent not working?

I think it's not working at all, because it should be 0,25 not 0,75. So it shouldn't round from 0,25 to 1, that would be to much rounding in my opinion, hahaha. At least is that what i understand from the description.
