Hello, I have a graphical bug, no pictures appears for personages and items in the inventory, the bar in bottom is empty to. any idea ?

First, to rule it out, could you verify the game files through Steam?

Yes, I do, idem.

I re install the game, it's always the same, my graphic driver is up to date.
Help please...

A few people have run into this problem.

Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool.

I try to send report last day, but I seems to be impossible, I try to play in a new "windows user session, and it works fine, but now steam update the game with the last patch, and I have a steam error unknown ( impossible to start the game), I had checked the files, it s the same.
I will try again to send the report.

Did you try logging out of Steam, exiting, rebooting, logging back in and then the game (or verify) again?

Try starting the game directly from the '..\SteamApps\common\Divinity - Original Sin\Shipping\EoCApp.exe' program file.
