Not sure if this is a bug or "feature". I first noticed that the dialog dissapear when doing a preemptive save mid dialog at the infermary ( where you have to choose to save the young man, or the old man ). Both where dead after the save.
Also dialogs, the exclamation icon on top of the character, dissapear if I do a preemtive save before engaging in the dialog.
