Did you try separating your female characters and exiting the city just with them, or just the female main character?
Do you still have the saves where you couldn't talk to NPCs, or with that half fixed fixed?
If so, please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the
D:OS support tool. The zip file will contain some system information, configuration files, and you saves (if you have a lot of saves you can delete unnecesary one from the zip file, or move them out of the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin\Savegames' folder before creating the report)
